Foundation Repair

Permanent structural stabilization backed by engineered solutions.

Foundation Repair

Engineered, permanent fixes for both foundation settlement and lateral movement.

When your foundation shifts, the whole house feels it — sticking doors, stair-step cracks, and uneven floors. For vertical settlement we install helical piers that transfer your home’s weight to stable soil, and for lateral movement in bowing or leaning walls we use wall anchors and steel beam braces. Both are engineered, permanent fixes completed in just a few days with minimal disruption to your yard.

Common questions

Foundation Repair FAQ

What is the difference between helical piers and wall anchors?

They solve two different problems. Helical piers address vertical settlement — they screw deep into stable soil and transfer your home’s weight down to it, stopping sinking. Wall anchors and steel beam braces address lateral movement, where soil pressure pushes a wall inward and causes it to bow or lean. We inspect first and recommend the right system for what your foundation is actually doing.

How long does a typical foundation repair take?

Most residential repairs are completed in one to three days. Larger or more widespread movement can take longer, and we give you a firm timeline in your written quote before any work begins.

Will my yard be torn up?

We keep excavation to the minimum the job requires. When we finish, soil is put back, the area is graded, and we leave your property clean.

Are your repairs guaranteed?

Yes. Qualifying foundation work is backed by a written, transferable warranty, so the protection carries over if you ever sell the home.
